How can I get tickets to a show at The Wellmont Theatre?
You can purchase tickets online by clicking the “tickets” icon on any show page on our site and will be taken to the tickets.com site. Purchase over the phone by calling tickets.com at 877-935-5668. Tickets are also available at The Wellmont Theatre box office free of service charges. (Non Show Days - Mon-Sat: 12-6 PM & Closed Sundays / Show Days: 12-9PM).
If a show is cancelled, where do I get a refund?
If a show is cancelled, you will need to call the tickets.com customer service department at 1-877-WELLMNT in order to obtain a refund.
What are my payment options in the venue?
We accept most forms of payment. Cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
How old do I have to be to get into the venue?
All shows are all ages unless otherwise noted.
Does the venue have seats? What is the seating set up for each show?
Ticketing at The Wellmont Theatre may be separated into 2 different types of “seating” depending on the show – General Admission or Reserved.
General Admission – there are 2 types of general admission tickets to purchase
a) GA FLOOR – Standing only / No Seats (GA Floor tickets will not be granted access to the balcony)
b) GA BALCONY – Seated without assigned seats – seat locations are on a first come first serve basis (GA Balcony tickets will not be granted access to the floor)
Reserved – Entire show is seated. Seats are set up on the main floor which is separated into an orchestra section and three ascending tier sections. Seats in the balcony are all reserved for a specific ticket.

Do I need to bring ID?
Yes – patrons will need ID if they are picking up tickets at the will call window at the box office and if they plan to purchase alcoholic beverages at the bar.
What kind of drinks do you have?
The Wellmont Theatre features a number of full bars at the venue. Bars are conveniently located on the main floor with full viewing access of the stage. In addition, there is also a full bar located on the mezzanine. All bars serve a wide selection of cocktails, beer, wine and soft drinks. Snacks including assorted chips and candy bars are also available for purchase.
Can I bring my camera?
Photo policies vary for different artists and is usually not determined until day of show. You can bring a non-professional camera to most shows.
Is there a smoking area at The Wellmont?
There is no smoking allowed inside the venue. There is no smoking area outside the venue.
Is there re-entry?
There is No re-entry and all exits are final.
Where do I park?
There is some street parking available near the venue but in addition there are 3 lots that have been made available for Wellmont Theatre patrons, all within walking distance to the venue.
Parking is available in the following lots from 6pm to 2am for evening shows:
Walnut Street Lot
Bay Street Station Deck
DCH Parking Deck
DIRECTIONS TO EACH LOT:
The Walnut Street Lot is on Walnut St at the end of Greenwood Ave, (2 blocks from Grove St). Parking is available on both sides of the tracks.
The Bay St. Station Deck is on Pine St. near the corner of Pine and Bloomfield Ave. (next to the firehouse).
The DCH lot is on Orange Road off of Bloomfield Ave (about 6 blocks from Theatre).

No fliers, stickers, handbills.
You will be ejected for throwing ANYTHING.
If you lose an item at a show, please call 973-783-9500 the following day.
Bags may be searched at random upon entry.
No outside food, beverages, markers, spray paint, weapons (includes pocket knives) allowed inside the venue.
Handicapped seating is available... please arrive at the venue 15 minutes before doors are scheduled to open.
You must show proof of age by government issued photo ID to be served at the bar.
